Chilean animation reaffirms its international presence with its participation in Pixelatl 2025, the most important animation, comics, and video game festival in Latin America. Amidst the sustained growth of the country’s creative exports, Chile presents a strategic delegation and three productions in official competition. With the support of the Ministry of Culture, Arts, and Heritage (MinCAP) and ProChile, the national mission brings together 13 industry professionals alongside representatives from Latin American and North American studios. Highlights include Petra and the Sun in the Official Competition, The Girl and the Deer in Shortway, and My Therapist is a Giraffe in Ideatoon, three projects that showcase the diversity, innovation, and international projection of Chilean animation.
